Is NFT the Future of Digital Art?
Non-fungible
tokens (NFTS) are one-of-a-kind digital assets that can be validated and
identified using metadata and ID codes on a blockchain (most often Ethereum).
Their "non-fungible" nature distinguishes them from bitcoin: if you
exchanged bitcoins, you'd receive the same item, but if you traded one NFT –
you'd get an entirely new asset. This is due to the fact that NFTs differ in
terms of quality and kind.
What connection does it have to digital art?
An
NFT might be anything that is digital in origin. All you have to do now is
decide what artwork to advertise (if it's of high quality, of course), and
you're ready to start. If you sell an art piece and have a following, you'll be
able to maintain consistency. How?
It's
straightforward: NFTs allow purchasers to support artists they enjoy
financially. Buyers will value the notion that they own your artwork if you can
build a distinct art style. You may be a highly commissioned artist soon after
your first sale. It's like being the only kid in class with the newest iPhone
before the rest of the class.
